This case study is one that is representative of developing the material assembly around a single point along the FDR route. Rather than entering a space or moving along a plane, the public stays centered around this point as a recharge station. The programmatic drive for this development was to have runner relief stations scattered along the running route commonly used by the public despite its lack of shade and proximity to the highway, hence the poor air quality.
